Nutrition at Buzy Beez Child Care Center

Buzy Beez Child Care Center provides your little ones with well-rounded, nutritious, and delicious snacks, breakfasts, and lunches to help them grow healthy and strong. At our center, you will find a kitchen just like the one in your own home, which allows us to serve hot and ready meals throughout the day. However, if your child requires a special diet, parents and guardians are welcome to pack their own meals. Upon registering your child to attend Buzy Beez Child Care Center, you are asked to fill out a questionnaire, which includes being asked what types of food your child enjoys. This helps us ensure we provide meals we know your child will love.

We provide two snacks: one in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and one in the afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Typical snacks include goldfish, pretzels, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bars, popcorn, cheese and crackers, animal crackers, and water.

Breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m. at Buzy Beez Child Care Center. We offer a variety of meals, such as eggs and toast, pancakes, French toast, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, granola bars, fresh fruit, and milk.

Our Philosophy

From a young age, Donna knew that she wanted to open her own child care center. Doing so would allow her to instill the morals and values she believed would successfully promote social and emotional development. This idea helped her shape her philosophy for early childhood education into what it is today. It is our honor and duty to provide children with a safe and secure environment where they can learn from our examples of respect, kindness, gratitude, creativity, and independence.
